General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bdtbd platform and all its services, products, and features. "bdtbd", "we", "us", or "platform" refers to the bdtbd.lat website and its associated services. "User", "you", or "your" refers to any person using the platform.

These terms are effective in accordance with Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Bangladesh Standard Time applies to the timing of all transactions, bet placements, and gaming activities.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

To open an account and enjoy services on bdtbd, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a valid individual acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• You must not be an employee, director, or close relative of a bdtbd employee or director.
• Re-registration is prohibited if bdtbd has previously cancelled or permanently closed your account.

bdtbd may request age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide accurate information may result in account suspension or cancellation.

Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation Rules

Each individual may open only one account on bdtbd. Opening multiple accounts in the same person's name, or operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method, is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing incorrect or false information will result in immediate account cancellation and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Report any unauthorized access to your account to the bdtbd support team immediately. You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdtbd supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Transactions via any other method will not be accepted.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for each payment method). The maximum deposit limit depends on account tier and verification status.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits & Timeframes

Minimum withdrawal: ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.4 Transaction Cancellation

Once a deposit is completed, it cannot be refunded unless a technical error occurs on bdtbd's side. bdtbd reserves the right to hold funds in cases of suspicious or fraudulent transactions.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New account holders at bdtbd are eligible for a 150% first deposit bonus up to ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Or deposit ৳8,000 and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. bdtbd's current wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings. Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or applying for bonuses from the same household or network falls under this prohibition.

5.4 Promotion Validity

Each promotion and special offer has a set validity period. Bonuses will be automatically cancelled once the validity period expires. bdtbd reserves the right to change or cancel promotions at any time without notice.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. bdtbd reserves the right to void bets in cases of technical errors or incorrect pricing. In such situations, the original stake will be returned to the user's account.

6.2 Sports Betting

bdtbd offers a range of markets for sports betting. Betting is available on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and other international tournaments. bdtbd's decision on markets and results is final.

6.3 Casino Games

The bdtbd casino section includes slots, live casino, table games, and various other options. All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play. Each game's individual odds and rules apply.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a game remains incomplete due to a technical issue or disconnection, bdtbd will determine the outcome in accordance with its policy. bdtbd is not liable for any losses caused by internet disconnection.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on bdtbd:

• Any attempt to gain an advantage through fraud, deception, or dishonest means.
• Use of software, bots, automation tools, or any other artificial means.
• Operating multiple accounts in the same person's name.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Managing an account for a third party or using a third party's funds.
• Providing false information during account registration.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to bdtbd's systems or network.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or error in the platform for personal gain and failing to report it.

Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by bdtbd

bdtbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in cases of prohibited activity, breach of terms, or suspicious behavior. In such cases, bdtbd will return any valid balance after completing the appropriate investigation.

8.2 Closure by User

If you wish to close your account at any time, please contact the support team. Any pending bets and bonus wagering requirements must be cleared before the account is closed.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that remain inactive for an extended period, bdtbd may impose an inactivity fee or close the account. This step will only be taken after the user has been notified by email in advance.

Responsible Gaming

Changes to Terms

Continued use of the platform after any changes means you are considered to have agreed to the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may contact the support team to request account closure.

The invalidity or inapplicability of any provision of these terms shall not affect the remaining terms.
